BOC HONG KONG (02388.HK) announced that Zhang Hui has been appointed as the Vice Chairman, Non-Executive Director, and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Strategy and Budget Committee of the company and its main operating subsidiary Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, effective from February 6, 2025
