On March 18, a total of 6 companies in the A-share market announced related plans for private placements. Among them, 1 company disclosed a stock private placement plan, 2 private placement plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 1 private placement plan was approved by the exchange, 1 private placement plan was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and 1 private placement plan was halted. From the latest disclosed private placement plans on that day, Hangzhou Kelin had the highest planned fundraising amount, proposing to raise no more than 1.46 billion yuan. Since the beginning of this year, 28 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, with 13 companies raising more than 1 billion yuan.
