Chery Holding's wholly-owned subsidiary plans to acquire 28.88% of Wondux's equity. On the evening of March 18, Wondux announced that its actual controller Liu Jun, shareholders Gong Jianrui, and Ruiyuan International Resource Investment Co., Ltd. signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement," intending to transfer a total of 100% equity of the controlling shareholder Wondux Investment, with a total transfer price of 413 million yuan
