
Shunkong Development plans to build the Shunde District Resource Recycling Center (Beijiao) project to expand its solid waste treatment business

Shunkong Development plans to invest in the construction of the Shunde District Resource Recycling Center (Beijiao) project through its subsidiary, focusing on the harmlessness, reduction, and resource utilization of construction waste. The total investment for the project is expected to be 154 million yuan, with a processing capacity of 600 tons of construction waste per day, reaching an annual processing volume of 200,000 tons. This project will help the company expand its market for the resource utilization of construction waste and further develop its solid waste treatment business
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shunkong Development (003039.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its subsidiary Guangdong Shunkong Jianxun Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jianxun Company") as the investment and construction entity to promote the investment, construction, and operation management of the Resource Recycling Center project (Beijiao) in Shunde District (referred to as the "Resource Project"). This resource project mainly engages in the harmless, reduction, and resource treatment of construction solid waste, with a total estimated investment of RMB 154 million (including land acquisition costs of RMB 24.98 million).
The project is located south of Guangye Road, east of Huan Town South Road, west of the sewage treatment plant, and north of the Huazhi Institute Beijiao Innovation Base in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, covering an area of approximately 31.23 acres. The project will process construction waste (including renovation, demolition, and engineering waste); the designed scale for daily processing of construction waste is 600 tons, with an annual processing capacity of 200,000 tons.
It is reported that this matter is beneficial for the company to explore the market for the resource utilization of construction waste, further expanding the company's solid waste treatment business
