Ningbo Fangzheng plans to acquire 60% equity in Junpeng Communication
Ningbo Fangzheng announced plans to purchase 60% equity of Fujian Junpeng Communication held by Fujian Pengxin Chuangzhan in cash. Before the transaction, Ningbo Fangzheng held 40% equity of Junpeng Communication, while Pengxin Chuangzhan held 60%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, and after completion, Junpeng Communication will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Fangzheng
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Fangzheng (300998.SZ) announced that the company is planning to purchase 60% of the equity of Fujian Junpeng Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Junpeng Communication" or "target company") held by Fujian Pengxin Chuangzhan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Pengxin Chuangzhan") in cash (referred to as "this transaction"). Before the implementation of this transaction, Ningbo Fangzheng held 40% of the equity of Junpeng Communication, while Pengxin Chuangzhan held 60%. Junpeng Communication is controlled by the company's actual controllers Fang Yongjie and Wang Yaping's daughter Fang Ruyi, therefore, this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. After the completion of this transaction, Junpeng Communication will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Fangzheng
