HYC announced that the actual controller Mr. Chen Wenyuan increased his holdings of the company's A-shares by a total of 887,100 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding from January 20, 2025, to April 19, 2025, accounting for approximately 0.20% of the company's total share capital, with a total investment amount of approximately RMB 26.506 million. This increase plan has been completed. After the increase, Mr. Chen Wenyuan directly holds 57.404 million shares of the company, with a direct shareholding ratio of 12.89%, and indirectly controls 51.86% of the company's shares through Suzhou Yuanhua Chuangxing Investment Management Co., Ltd., totaling 80.98% of the company's shares
