TONGLI RISHENG announced that the operating revenue for 2024 is expected to be 2.526 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.82%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is expected to be 246 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.48%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.2 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date. As of December 31, 2024, the total share capital of the company is 168 million shares, which means a total cash dividend of 20.16 million yuan is planned to be distributed, accounting for 8.18% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for 2024. No capital reserve fund will be converted into share capital or bonus shares for the year 2024
