Bank Of Ruifeng announced the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved by the shareholders' meeting. This profit distribution is based on the total share capital of 1.962 billion shares before the implementation of the plan, with a cash dividend of RMB 0.20 per share, totaling over RMB 392 million in cash dividends. The equity registration date is May 8, 2025
