On the morning of May 8th, COREACH announced that the company repurchased 10,000 shares for the first time on May 7, 2025, accounting for 0.0045% of the total share capital, with a total transaction amount of approximately 198,200 yuan. The total amount of funds for this repurchase plan is between 10 million yuan and 20 million yuan, with a planned repurchase quantity of 370,920 shares to 741,840 shares. The repurchased shares will be used for the future implementation of the equity incentive plan
