Dongfang Jiasheng: Purchased 9.5426 million shares of Zhonggu Logistics stock

Dongfang Jiasheng announced that the company used its own funds to purchase 9.5426 million shares of Zhonggu Logistics stock held by the Chenxiang Chensheng Fund through block trading, at a transaction price of 10.45 yuan per share, with a total transaction amount of 99.7205 million yuan. Jiahong Yongye Investment Holdings initiated a redemption application to Shanghai Chenxiang, redeeming 106 million yuan from the Chenxiang Chensheng Fund. The remaining shares cannot be redeemed yet because the investment products of the Chenxiang Chensheng Fund have not yet matured. To avoid prolonged fund settlement, the redemption will occur after maturity. This securities investment transaction amount accounts for 4.18% of the company's most recent audited net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company
