CHENGDU RAINBOW APPLIANCE(GROUP) SHARERS announced that the concerted actions of the actual controller and pre-IPO shareholders Wen Zongfen, Yao Jie, Liu Ying, Xu Weiping, Qin Quhui, Wang Mingfeng, and Zhuang Liang plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 76,908 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 0.073% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is the shareholders' own funding needs, and the shares to be reduced are sourced from pre-IPO shares. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices, but not lower than the issue price
