Maider Medical Industry Equipment announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager Lin Junhua's spouse, Wang Yuling, increased her holdings of the company's A-shares by 195,900 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding on May 15, 2025, accounting for approximately 0.1178% of the company's total share capital, with a total transaction amount of RMB 2.2712 million. As of May 15, 2025, Lin Junhua and his concerted parties collectively held 84,297,500 shares of the company, accounting for 50.7145% of the company's total share capital. This increase plan has not yet been fully implemented, and Wang Yuling will continue to carry out the increase plan
