YITONG NEW MATERIALS announced that the company's 2024 annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on the existing total share capital of 100 million shares, a cash dividend of 1 RMB will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling a cash dividend of 10 million RMB. The equity registration date is May 26, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 27, 2025. The distribution is aimed at all shareholders registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited after the market closes on May 26, 2025
