Metron: Zhang Yingjiu and Jia Haibo plan to reduce their holdings by 1.1458% respectively

Metron announced that shareholder Zhang Yingjiu plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 5.5 million shares, accounting for 1.1458% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. Shareholder Jia Haibo also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 5.5 million shares, accounting for 1.1458% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices
