JINRONG TIANYU announced that the "Consistent Action Agreement" signed by the controlling shareholders and actual controllers Yan Xuewei, Sun Xingwen, Yun Zhi, and Han Fengzhi will expire on May 11, 2025, and they have decided not to renew it. According to the announcement from JINRONG TIANYU (300988.SZ), the "Joint Action Agreement" signed by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Yan Xuewei, Mr. Sun Xingwen, Mr. Yun Zhi, and Ms. Han Fengzhi (who is the spouse of Mr. Sun Xingwen) will expire on May 11, 2025. The parties have decided not to renew the joint action relationship after its expiration, and the joint action relationship among the four parties will terminate.
Mr. Sun Xingwen, Ms. Han Fengzhi, and Ms. Zhao Hong have decided to maintain their joint action relationship and will sign a new "Joint Action Agreement" on May 20, 2025.
