Graphex: 639.4 million shares under the placement have been successfully placed
Graphex announced the successful placement of 639.4 million shares at a placement price of HKD 0.17 per share, with 20 independent subscribers as the placement targets. The shares placed account for 99.99% of the total shares available for subscription in the rights issue. Since the placement has been completed, no net proceeds will be distributed to non-participating shareholders
According to the announcement from Graphex (06128), on May 12, 2025 (Monday) at 4:00 PM (the final deadline for the placement agent to place the placement shares), 639.4 million placement shares have been successfully placed at a placement price of HKD 0.17 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) to 20 independent subscribers. Therefore, there are no net proceeds available for distribution to non-action shareholders based on the compensation arrangement.
According to the acceptance results of the rights issue and the placement results of the compensation arrangement, the total number of rights shares (including placement shares) to be allotted and issued will be 704 million shares, accounting for 99.99% of the total number of rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue
