Graphex's supply share record has 11 valid applications, involving a total of 64.83 million shares

Graphex (06128.HK) announced the results of its rights issue, receiving a total of 11 valid applications for a total of 64.83 million rights shares, accounting for approximately 9.2% of the total offering. A total of 640 million rights shares that were not subscribed have been successfully placed with 20 independent underwriters.

The rights shares are expected to commence trading on the Stock Exchange tomorrow (May 23) at 9:00 AM
