BROADV: Sumavision reduced its holdings by 521,700 shares

BROADV announced that its shareholder, Sumavision, holding more than 5% of shares, reduced its holdings by 521,700 shares through centralized bidding on May 22, 2025, decreasing its shareholding ratio from 9.23% to 8.58%. This change in equity touches an integer multiple of 1%. After the reduction, Sumavision holds 6.873 million shares of the company
