Tongling Electric: Controlling shareholder plans to continue the division

On the evening of May 22, Tongling Electric announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Shangkun Biological, stating that due to operational needs, Shangkun Biological plans to undergo a continuation split, resulting in Shangkun Biological and a newly established company. After the split is completed, the actual controllers of the company will still be Yan Rongfei, Sun Xiaofen, Li Qianjin, and Yan Hua, while the controlling shareholder will change from Shangkun Biological to the newly established company. This continuation split of Shangkun Biological will not affect the company's production and operational situation
