Kawin: Shareholders collectively reduced their holdings by 2.86% of the company's shares

Kawin announced that shareholders Beijing Fushanwan Investment Management Center, Beijing Funingwan Investment Management Center, Beijing Zhuoshangshi Investment Management Center, Beijing Zhuoshangwan Enterprise Management Center, Zhou Desheng, and Beijing Song'an Investment Management Co., Ltd. reduced their holdings in the company by 4.8908 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding from May 16, 2025, to the date of this report, accounting for 2.86% of the company's total share capital. The total shareholding ratio of the information disclosure obligors and their concerted actors decreased from 27.86% to 25.00%. Before this equity change, the information disclosure obligors held a total of 51.3869 million shares, accounting for 30.26% of the company's total share capital; after the change, the number of shares held decreased to 42.7361 million shares, accounting for 25.00% of the company's total share capital
