Livingstone Health reported a net profit of $0.6 million for FY2025, reversing a net loss of $2.9 million in FY2024. The group attributed this turnaround to a 9.0% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching $27.6 million, driven by increased contributions from all business segments, including Specialist Healthcare (+9.2%), Primary Healthcare (+9.7%), and Others (+6.5%). Earnings per share were $0.0010, and the group also reversed an impairment loss of $420,020 from FY2024.

Revenue for the period grew 9.0% YoY to $27.6m from $25.4m a year ago.
The increase in revenue and net profit was due to higher revenue contributions from all business segments, with Specialist Healthcare reporting a 9.2% YoY rise in revenue, Primary Healthcare (+9.7% YoY), and Others (+6.5%)
