BESTEK: Fundraising investment project postponed

BESTEK announced that the planned investment amounts for the fundraising projects "Next Generation Intelligent Controller Industrial Base Project" and "Research and Development Center Construction Project" are RMB 217.5 million and RMB 30 million, respectively. The funding sources are from the proceeds of the initial public offering of shares, mainly used for the construction of the intelligent controller industrial base and technology research and development. The company has decided to extend the expected date for these two projects to become operational from June 30, 2025, to April 30, 2026
