LYKL: Longyan Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. indirectly acquires LYKL

LYKL announced that Longyan Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. intends to invest in the Investment Group with a 51.04% equity stake, the Cultural Tourism Group with a 39% equity stake, and the Transportation Development Group with a 20% equity stake, thereby allowing the Investment Group to indirectly hold equity in LYKL. This acquisition still requires the completion of relevant equity change registration procedures with the market supervision and administration department
