YYTEK announced that shareholder Zhang Kui reduced his holdings by a total of 365,000 shares through centralized bidding transactions from March 17, 2025, to April 3, 2025, accounting for 0.6064% of the company's total share capital, with a reduction price range of 33 to 38.76 yuan/share, totaling 12.8271 million yuan. As of the announcement date, Zhang Kui holds 3.64 million shares, accounting for 6.0474% of the company's total share capital. The remaining 135,000 shares of this reduction plan will no longer be reduced
