Forecam plans to transfer 3.6577% equity of Sanwinxing for 54.5369 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Forecam (688010.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary Zhuhai Fuguang Daoyang Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Fuguang Daoyang") signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Xianning Sanxing Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Sanxing Investment") and Hubei Sanying Xingguang Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanying Xing"). Fuguang Daoyang will transfer its 3.6577% equity in Sanying Xing to Sanxing Investment for an amount of 54.5369 million yuan. The transfer amount, combined with the cash dividends of 1.4631 million yuan received by the company from Sanying Xing, fully covers the company's investment cost.

This transaction is a decision made by the company based on its strategic planning and was formed through friendly negotiations with the counterparty. The funds obtained from the transaction will be used for the company's subsequent operational development, and it is expected to achieve a good overall increase in shareholder interests.
