ST TELESOUND announced that it will acquire 51% of Zhejiang Zhongchen Urban Emergency Service Management Co., Ltd. for 28.05 million yuan, aiming to enhance the company's overall strength and core competitiveness in the fire emergency field. After the completion of this transaction, Zhongchen Emergency will become a subsidiary controlled by the company and will be included in the consolidated financial statements
According to the announcement from *ST Telesound (003004.SZ), in order to effectively strengthen the company's shortcomings in the fire emergency field, assist the company's integrated layout of safety and emergency services, enhance the comprehensive strength of the company's operational service business segment, and improve the core competitiveness of operational services, the company has agreed to use its own funds of 28.05 million yuan to acquire 51% of the equity of Zhejiang Zhongchen Urban Emergency Service Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongchen Emergency"). After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 51% of the equity of Zhongchen Emergency, which will become a subsidiary controlled by the company and included in the company's consolidated financial statements
