LEADING HLDGS announced that Ms. Zhen Kaining has resigned as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process document agent, effective from June 16, 2025. Ms. Ma Yongyi has been appointed as the new company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process document agent, also effective from the same date
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LEADING HLDGS (06999) announced that Ms. Zhen Kaining has resigned as the company secretary; the authorized representative of the company as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong as stipulated under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from June 16, 2025.
Following Ms. Zhen's resignation, the board is pleased to announce that Ms. Ma Yongyi has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal document agent, effective from June 16, 2025
