On June 9, 2025, Lido Merger Sub, Inc. disclosed an extension of the Expiration Date for its cash tender offer to acquire all of Landsea Homes Corporation’s 8.875% Senior Notes due 2029. This offer also includes a request for consents from Note holders regarding proposed amendments to the Notes' indenture. The Company confirmed the extension of the Expiration Date for the Tender Offer and Consent Solicitation. The offer is open to all holders of Landsea Homes' outstanding Notes.
