JINHONG GAS and JingTeng Energy signed an investment cooperation agreement to jointly establish a new company in Aral City, Xinjiang, focusing on the construction of helium extraction and purification facilities. Both parties will obtain high-quality helium products from flash gas through efficient extraction, separation, purification, liquefaction, and storage processes, leveraging their respective advantages to achieve complementary strengths. The cooperation will focus on tackling core technological challenges, enhancing the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources, promoting the construction and improvement of the helium industry ecosystem, and providing stable and reliable helium products to the market
