SINEE: Mr. Tu Conghuan and Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang terminate the concerted action agreement

SINEE announced that the company's actual controllers, Mr. Tu Conghuan and Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang, have terminated the "Joint Action Agreement" and the supplementary agreement. This change in equity does not involve a change in the number of shares, but is merely a termination of the agreement. Mr. Tu Conghuan directly holds 27.5513 million shares of the company and indirectly controls the voting rights corresponding to 1.705 million shares through Huai'an Lida, totaling a voting rights shareholding ratio of 33.79% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang directly holds 16.7952 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.39% of the total share capital, and the shares will no longer be combined for calculation. The actual controller of the company is changed to Mr. Tu Conghuan alone
