Quechen Company: A dividend of 0.30 yuan per share

On July 1st, Quechen Company announced that the company decided to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.30 per share to all shareholders, with a total dividend amount of RMB 124.1649 million. The equity registration date is July 8, 2025, and both the ex-dividend date and the cash dividend payment date are July 9, 2025. The company implements differentiated dividends, and shares repurchased in the special securities account will not participate in this profit distribution. According to relevant laws and regulations, different types of shareholders are required to pay individual income tax at different rates
