SINEE: Adjusting the 2025 salary plan for director Zhang Xiaoguang

SINEE announced that the company will hold the 11th meeting of the fifth board of directors on July 8, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on adjusting the 2025 annual salary plan for some directors. According to the proposal, Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang, a director of the company, has resigned from the position of Chief Technology Officer for personal reasons and will no longer be recognized as a core technical personnel of the company, but will continue to perform his duties as a director. To adapt to his change in responsibilities, the company plans to make corresponding adjustments to Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang's 2025 annual salary plan. After the adjustment, Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang will receive a director's allowance of 80,000 yuan/year and will no longer enjoy the original position salary and performance bonus. The above salary is pre-tax, and the individual income tax involved will be uniformly withheld and paid by the company
