
Softbank Corp. Files for Singapore Listing of $1 Billion Bonds

Softbank Corp. filed for the listing of $1 billion worth of bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday. The Japanese firm filed for $500 million worth of 5.332% senior bonds due 2035 and $500 million worth of 4.699% senior bonds due 2030. The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on July 10, the filing added.
