YITONG NEW MATERIALS: Collaborating with Hangzhou Hutang Power Distribution Company to develop rooftop photovoltaic power generation projects

YITONG NEW MATERIALS announced that the company is collaborating with Hangzhou Hutang Power Distribution Company to carry out a rooftop photovoltaic power generation project, aiming to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction while lowering electricity costs. The project is expected to generate an average of 9 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, and according to the contractually agreed preferential electricity price, the company expects to pay approximately 4.5 million yuan to Hutang Company each year. The project operation period is 25 years, with a total expected electricity payment of about 112 million yuan over 25 years. The power distribution company is responsible for the investment, development, construction, operation, management, and maintenance of the project, while the company will provide necessary assistance and share energy-saving benefits. This transaction follows market pricing principles and does not harm the interests of the company and its shareholders
