Jiamei Packaging: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1% of the company's total share capital

Jiamei Packaging announced that the company's major shareholders, Fuxin Investment and Zhongkai Investment, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 9.4837 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding transactions within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the announcement. The reduction period is from August 5, 2025, to November 4, 2025, and the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 calendar days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of the company's shares
