SINOSTAR CABLE announced that on July 11, 2025, the company received the "Notice of Winning Bid" from China Southern Power Grid Supply Chain Group Co., Ltd., confirming that the company has become the winning bidder for the "First Batch Framework Tender Project for Distribution Network Materials of China Southern Power Grid Company in 2025." The total bid amount is 379 million yuan, accounting for approximately 12.26% of the company's audited operating income for the year 2024. This winning bid will have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance, but will not affect the company's operational independence
