Novogene: Shareholders reduced their holdings by 1.94%

Novogene announced that the share reduction plan of its shareholders Zhiyuan Hegu and Nuohua Hegu has been completed. As of July 15, 2025, Zhiyuan Hegu and Nuohua Hegu have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 2.8987 million shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.70% of the company's total share capital; and have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 5.179 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.24% of the company's total share capital. The total reduction from this plan amounts to 8.0777 million shares, accounting for 1.94% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, the combined shareholding ratio of Zhiyuan Hegu and Nuohua Hegu has decreased to 12.40%
