Biohigh announced that the company's director, Wang Wentong, reduced his holdings by a total of 424,000 shares through centralized bidding from June 13, 2025, to July 16, 2025, accounting for 0.6625% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was between 44.42 and 45.55 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 19.1454 million yuan. After the completion of this reduction plan, Mr. Wang Wentong currently holds 1.2735 million shares, and his shareholding ratio has decreased to 1.99%.
