According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bestore (603719.SH) announced that it has recently learned that the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court has accepted a share transfer dispute case filed by the plaintiff Guangzhou Light Industry against the defendant Ningbo Hanyi and the third party Bestore Co., Ltd., with an amount involved of 996 million yuan. The plaintiff requests the defendant to continue to perform the "Agreement" and "Share Transfer Agreement with Conditions for Effectiveness" signed by the plaintiff in May 2025, transferring 79.764 million shares of Bestore Co., Ltd. held by the defendant to the plaintiff at a price of 12.42 yuan per share, and to complete the equity change procedures within the time agreed in the agreement or within a reasonable period after being urged by the plaintiff.

This lawsuit involves a shareholding dispute between Guangzhou Light Industry and the company's controlling shareholder Ningbo Hanyi, with the company being a third party, which has no significant impact on the company's production and operation or current profits and losses.
