Jiangxi Hungpai New Material: Changes in shareholder equity exceeding 5%, shareholding ratio decreased to 13%
Jiangxi Hungpai New Material Co., Ltd. announced on July 23 that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Xinyu Baolong Enterprise Management Center and its concerted party Nanchang Longhou Industrial Co., Ltd., experienced a change in equity that touched the 1% threshold. As of July 22, their combined shareholding ratio decreased from 13.52% to 13.00%, representing a reduction in proportion. Specifically, Baolong reduced its holdings by 1.870095 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from July 15 to 22, combined with the changes in total share capital due to the company's convertible bonds conversion, resulting in Baolong's shareholding ratio dropping from 4.85% to 4.48%; Longhou did not directly reduce its holdings, as its conversion ratio decreased from 8.68% to 8.52%. This change is part of Baolong's previously disclosed reduction plan, does not violate commitments, does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer, and does not affect the stability of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
