CHINA ECOTOUR: Request for hearing postponed to September 29
CHINA ECOTOUR announced that the hearing has been postponed to September 29, 2025, and the hearing originally scheduled for July 28, 2025, has been canceled. The company has applied to the High Court of Hong Kong to convene a creditors' meeting, planned for September 24, 2025, with the approval hearing for the creditors' plan scheduled for October 15, 2025
According to the announcement from China Ecotourism (01371), the company hereby provides its shareholders and investors with the latest information. Based on the joint application submitted on July 24, 2025, the court issued an order on July 25, 2025, including but not limited to the postponement of the hearing to September 29, 2025, at 9:30 AM before Justice Harris, pending the results of the applications made by the company under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) Sections 670, 671, 673, and 674; and the originally scheduled hearing on July 28, 2025, at 9:30 AM will be canceled.
The company has applied to the High Court of Hong Kong to convene a creditors' meeting to consider and, if appropriate, approve a scheme of arrangement (creditors' scheme), which is being heard on July 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM in case HCMP802/2025 before Justice Harris.
On July 24, 2025, the court issued an order allowing the company to convene a creditors' meeting for the creditors' scheme. The creditors' meeting is tentatively scheduled for September 24, 2025, while the approval hearing for the creditors' scheme in the High Court of Hong Kong is tentatively scheduled for October 15, 2025
