Triductor: The preliminary pricing for the shareholder inquiry transfer is set at 38.01 yuan per share

Triductor announced that based on the inquiry subscription situation on July 29, 2025, the preliminary determined inquiry transfer price is RMB 38.01 per share. The transferor and the organizing securities firm have agreed to initiate an additional subscription procedure, with the deadline for additional subscriptions no later than August 8, 2025. The parties involved in this inquiry transfer and the number of shares to be transferred are only preliminary results, and the final results will be subject to the final processing results of the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. This inquiry transfer does not involve a change in the company's control and will not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
