The company held the 22nd meeting of the fourth board of directors, which reviewed and approved the proposal on the supplementary election of non-independent directors of the company's fourth board of directors, agreeing to nominate Shen Jiawen as a candidate for non-independent director of the company's fourth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the fourth board of directors' term.
