DONPER GROUP announced that its controlling shareholder, HuiZhi Partnership, has pledged 60 million shares, accounting for 20.46% of its holdings and 9.65% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is July 29, 2025, and the pledge expiration date is the date of the release of the pledge registration procedures. The pledgee is Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is to repay debts
