Touchstone: A total of 2.5053 million shares have been repurchased

Touchstone announced that the company will implement a share repurchase plan from December 27, 2023, to December 26, 2025. As of July 31, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 2.5053 million shares, accounting for 3.09% of the total share capital, with repurchase prices ranging from 11.87 yuan/share to 21 yuan/share, and a total payment amount of 42.4989 million yuan. The total amount of funds for this repurchase is expected to be between 46 million yuan and 80 million yuan, to be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives
