Harmontronics Automation: Filed a lawsuit against Mianyang Exxon for failure to pay the contractually agreed payment, with a claimed amount of approximately 244 million yuan

On the evening of August 1st, Harmontronics Automation announced that the company signed two "Equipment Purchase Contracts" with Mianyang High-tech Exson New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The company fulfilled its supply obligations, but Mianyang Exson failed to pay the payment as stipulated in the contract. The company believes that the two shareholders at the time of its establishment, Mianyang Investment and Exson New Energy, should bear joint liability for repayment. The company has legally filed a lawsuit with the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with Mianyang Exson, Mianyang Investment, and Exson New Energy as defendants, and recently received the "Case Acceptance Notice" issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The total amount claimed is 244 million yuan, calculated until June 13, 2025
