According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CONTEC announced that the company recently received "Notices of Share Reduction Plans" from shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, including Wang Guili, the company's director and senior management personnel Yang Zhishan, directors Gao Ruibin, senior management personnel Fu Chunyu, Kou Guozhi, Xu Yunlong, Liu Zhenhong, and Zheng Min. The aforementioned shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by 14.416 million shares, accounting for 3.59% of the company's total share capital
