On the evening of August 5th, MZT announced that the company has filed a lawsuit against Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. for overdue payments at the People's Court of Guandu District, Kunming, and has recently received the "Case Acceptance Notice" delivered by the court, with a total amount involved of 35.3797 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the case has been filed and has not yet gone to trial
