Agioe: Cornerstone Venture Capital plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.02%
Agioe announced that two shareholders, Cornerstone Venture Capital and Fangguang Phase II, hold 2.491 million shares and 2.8103 million shares, accounting for 3.77% and 4.26%, respectively; they plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.3332 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from August 27, 2025, to November 26, 2025, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 2.02%
