According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Huzhou Tianyun Photovoltaic Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhou Mo as the legal representative. The business scope includes: energy storage technology services; wind power generation technology services; solar power generation technology services; battery manufacturing, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by TN Battery through indirect holdings
